Singer and rapper Jelly Roll recently stunned fans with his amazing weight loss under the instruction of his personal chef, therefore indicating a sea shift in his health route.
Jelly Roll posted an Instagram video on October 21 featuring his chef, Ian Larios, discussing the great effort the artist is doing behind the scenes of the “Beautifully Broken” tour.
Larios says Jelly Roll has taken up activities including basketball, boxing, and even climbing the steps of every arena to keep in shape while on trip. The musician also revealed his weight loss during his path of health.
“He just surpassed his 100-pound weight loss,” Larios revealed, commending the artist’s commitment. To complement his exercise routine, Jelly Roll has also adopted a specialized diet.

According to Larios, the musician likes to eat high-protein foods like rice or potato flour-coated chicken breast after shows. His success has been largely attributed to these dietary adjustments.
According to Jelly Roll, who discussed his dedication in the film, “Next year when y’all see me, you won’t recognize me.” He was excited to advance his development, saying, “I’m going to get under a pile of weights in a way that I never had.”

“The habits he’s been building are truly life changing and he’s doing this while also changing lives on this 56 city tour. Excited for him to show the world he’s just getting warmed up [sic]!” Larios shared.
