The one detail during Kate Middleton’s hospital visit everyone missed

Speaking with Hello Magazine, parenting expert Jo Frost explained that Maria is a very important person for William, Kate, and their children.

As Princess Kate continues her recovery, royal nanny Maria Teresa is playing a key role in supporting the family. Her steady presence gives Prince William the flexibility to care for Kate, focus on his children, and attend to royal duties when possible.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said Maria’s contribution is “invaluable,” especially with King Charles also temporarily unable to fulfill all royal duties. He emphasized her Norland College training, calling her “indispensable” during this challenging time.

Kate’s recovery is expected to take weeks, and William will remain by her side as long as needed. The media, respecting her privacy, have agreed not to cover her stay outside the hospital.

As per royal editor Rebecca English, the media “have agreed not to have photographers [outside the hospital], not to have camera crews, not to have journalists, to allow [Kate] to recuperate from her operation in privacy and also to respect the privacy of the other patients.”

Expert Daniela Elser argued about the decision the children not to visit their mother at the hospital.

Royal expert Daniela Elser questioned why Prince William and Princess Kate’s children didn’t visit their mom in the hospital. While the couple wanted to keep life “normal,” Elser asked, “What about the weekend?” Instead, the kids stayed with grandparents in Bucklebury — but Elser wondered if that was really better than seeing their mom.

Elser further pointed out that while no child wants to see their mother in a hospital, William and Kate’s children were ultimately denied the chance to be close to her during such a critical time.

“As a royal aide told the Sunday Times’ Roya Nikkhah last week, William and Kate’s new motto as they face her health situation is, ‘100 percent family first, day job second.’ Does that gel with the kids not be taken to see Kate?” Elser concluded.
