Royal Insider reportedly reached out to Kensington Palace for comment, but no statement has yet been issued.

Andrew and Fergie’s Housing Demands
Meanwhile, speculation continues over Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s future living arrangements. Sources told The Sun that while Andrew is “willing to leave” Royal Lodge, he has set specific conditions.
“Andy is willing to leave, but these are his demands,” one insider claimed. “He is realistic and knows the writing is on the wall. If he must go, then he has asked for Frogmore Cottage. Incredibly, Sarah has said she wants Adelaide Cottage.”
Though divorced since 1996, the Duke and Duchess of York have shared the Royal Lodge since 2008. Their relationship, however, is said to have grown “strained” over the last year due to the ongoing Epstein scandal and mounting pressure from the royal household to downsize.
Fergie herself has recently faced renewed scrutiny after a 2011 email surfaced in which she reportedly referred to Epstein as a “supreme friend,” weeks after publicly claiming to have severed ties with him.
“It’s incredible that they are willing to go their own separate ways,” the source added. “But it indicates that they need a break from one another. It’s a fresh start for both.”
